Spring Chorus Blog Hop

Welcome to the Spring Chorus Blog Hop! You should have come here from Cathy's blog. If not you can start here or click the Blog Hop button on the left. Today we're highlighting Club Scrap's Spring Chorus kit. There is so much to love about the kit. It has lovely spring colors. It has ferns. It has birds. And best of all it has music on it! My family is very musical so I love all things with music.

Today I'm sharing a card that I made using directions from Technique Junkies Fancy Folds & Motion cd. The card is called a Tri-Shutter card. Lots of lovely places to show off the yummy paper. The card took a 5.5 x 12 inch paper and not quite an 8.5 x 11 inch paper. All the edges of the paper was inked with Club Scrap's Moss ink. The large butterfly is a stamp from Club Scrap's Papillon (May '11) kit  that I fussy cut and used as a template for the vellum. The vellum was edged with some glitter that came in the Lotus Pond (Jan '11) kit. The smaller butterfly is a Cuttlebug die. The sentiment stamps & paper came from Spring Chorus. What I love best about the card is it fits into an A2 envelope.

Hope you enjoyed my card. Thank you for stopping! Your next hop on the way is Jen's blog
